Career
For over 20 years, Denise has devoted her practice to operational and regulatory issues in the healthcare industry. She represents providers in managed care negotiations, structuring accountable care and clinically integrated networks, and developing value-based and risk contracting arrangements. Denise regularly advises healthcare providers on health information exchange, data privacy, cybersecurity and HIPAA compliance matters. In addition to handling Stark and anti-kickback law issues, she has handled numerous transactions, matters involving PBMs and GPOs, and developed employer on-site health clinics. Denise was part of the inaugural group Board Certified in Health Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Denise recently completed her term as the Chief Diversity Officer for Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP and currently serves as the Administrative Partner for the Dallas office.
