Demelza Pallant

Demelza works for the more seriously injuries client with polytrauma or catastrophic injuries whether that be from a road traffic accident or other type of accident. She will adapt her style to the client’s needs and build trust and understanding with her clients to support those more vulnerable clients through the journey of the claim.

Qualifying as a solicitor in 2003 Demelza has over 20 years practising in Personal Injury. Beyond the mechanics of the claim itself Demelza spends time to understand her clients and who they were before the life changing accident and will work to regain as much of those important elements of their life for them wherever possible.

Qualifying in 2003 Demelza worked as a Defendant Personal Injury solicitor with Tayntons before joining Janette Hill & Co as a Claimant Personal Injury Solicitor where she became Partner.

In 2014 she joined WSP solicitors where she was Partner/Director and Head of the Claimant Personal Injury Department.

In 2022 Demelza made the move to return to her roots in Cornwall and focus on working for the most seriously injured clients across Devon and Cornwall.
