Debi advises clients on all aspects of corporate and commercial law, including M&A and managing cross-border transactions.

With more than 30 years of experience assisting Canadian and international franchisors across a broad range of industries, Debi also provides legal advice on all matters relating to Canadian franchise law and the establishment and ongoing operation of franchise systems throughout Canada.

She is passionate about educating her clients on the range of matters they will encounter as they expand their franchise systems across the country, including franchise compliance, best practices for franchise relations and timely dispute resolution.
