He has deep expertise on the law of digital assets, blockchain and NFTs, and the intersection of criminal and civil corporate responsibility. He has authored books for the legal profession on blockchain and cryptocurrency, cyber security, cyber litigation, and cryptocurrency in matrimonial law.

Career

Called to the Bar in 1985, Dean developed broad experience in the law before spending six years specialising in corporate finance law. He turned his attention to digital assets and cyber law before these areas had become mainstream and he has been, and continues to be, instructed in the leading cases in this field.
