He regularly appears before all levels of courts in Alberta as well as in the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal. He acts as counsel in an array of high-value and high-profile matters.
David is an elected Bencher of the Law Society of Alberta. He regularly speaks at conferences throughout Canada and is active in many volunteer organizations, including Boards of Directors of leading litigation organizations throughout Canada.
