David V Tupper

David's practice involves all aspects of corporate/commercial litigation with an emphasis on securities law, construction law, arbitration, insurance law, environmental law, and energy law. He regularly appears before all levels of courts in Alberta as well as in the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal. He also has a considerable advisory practice in the insurance and reinsurance area. He acts as counsel in an array of high-value and high-profile matters.

David is an elected Bencher of the Law Society of Alberta. He regularly speaks at conferences throughout Canada and is active in many volunteer organizations, including Boards of Directors of leading litigation organizations throughout Canada.
