David was the co-founder of DSL Lawyers where he leads the Corporate / M&A and Tax Practices.

His experience crosses various industries in the financial market / trade, automobile and aviation, where he assists on project finance and trading facilities, and advises on regulatory matters and corporate issues of entities in the financial industry, mainly advising Cash Remittance Companies, Money Changers and Factoring and Leasing companies at a broad level. David regularly works on distribution and retail matters, including trademarks licensing, sale and purchase, agency, distribution and franchising contracts, as well as on the Real Estate and Tourism industries.
