Dato’ David Morais, now entering his 40th year of practice, ranks among the most experienced counsel at the Bar. His career is entirely focused on advocacy, both in court and in arbitration. He is instructed in complex disputes, covering corporate and commercial disputes, shareholders’ disputes, contract, tort, banking, fraud actions, liquidation, intellectual property, land, administrative, defamation, procedure and securities crime. He also appears in public interest litigation. He has over 100 reported decisions published in the Malaysian and Singapore Law Reports.
David's practice is independent and usually instructed by solicitors and corporate counsel. David also sits as arbitrator in local and international arbitrations.
