David McCormick has been based in the Tokyo office for over a decade and has extensive experience working with Japanese financial institutions and corporates on complex cross-border transactions. David specialises in outbound project finance in the energy and infrastructure sectors. His clients include export credit agencies, multilaterals, commercial banks, sponsors and project companies. His previous experience includes a secondment within a Japanese export credit agency. David also has experience in a wider range of finance work, including asset finance.

David is qualified in England & Wales and is a registered foreign lawyer (Gaikokuho Jimu Bengoshi) in Japan admitted to the Tokyo Bar Association.
