David is an expert in both company and partnership law, and is a member of the Law Society’s Company Law Committee and ranked for his partnership expertise, having significant experience acting for LLPs and their members in relation to M&A, governance and ownership arrangements.

He is also a member of the Quoted Companies Alliance Legal and Corporate Governance Expert Groups and has spoken and written on ESG and governance in particular, with a focus on regulated businesses. His public markets work includes fundraising, transactional and governance work for listed investment companies.
