David Hearth

David Hearth is a partner in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s San Francisco office. Mr. Hearth has an investment management, corporate and securities practice. He represents investment companies and partnerships, investment advisers and broker-dealers. He also has experience in general business, corporate finance, merger and acquisition transactions; and equity and venture financings. Mr. Hearth actively represents investment management organizations in all phases of their activities, including launching new fund groups and innovative new products, handling special compliance and regulatory matters, working on acquisitions, and providing fiduciary counseling.
