David advises debtors, creditors, master and special servicers, and trustees, with an emphasis on the hospitality industry. Experienced in business litigation in state and federal courts, David has tried cases across the United States ranging from contested plan confirmation hearings and avoidance actions to business torts and commercial contract disputes.
