David has successfully represented clients based in the United States, Europe, and Asia in more than 90 Section 337 investigations involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets covering various technologies, including chemicals, medical devices, batteries, ink cartridges, computers, telecommunications, global positioning systems, semiconductors and power management controllers. He has also handled several enforcement issues related to Section 337 exclusion orders before U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
