Represents both domestic and foreign companies pursuing and defending against Section 337 relief, in cases involving patent, trademark and copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation and gray market goods. Her experience covers an array of technologies and products, from tools and machinery to flash memory devices and chemicals. Active in bar leadership.
