Career
Davi Tangerino is the founding partner of Davi Tangerino Advogados. Before founding the firm, he worked as head of the white-collar crime practice at Trench Rossi Watanabe (in association with Baker McKenzie) for four years. His experience also includes serving as a clerk for the Brazilian Supreme Court Justice Lewandowski.
Davi has more than 20 years of practice and has represented several national and international high-profile clients over the years.
Professional Memberships
Davi was a member of the Brazilian National Counsel of Criminal and Penitentiary Politics and Protection of Fundamental Rights of the Prisoner and is currently a member of IBCCrim (the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences), IAB (the Brazilian Lawyers Institute) and of the Deutsche Brasilianische Juristenvereinigung (DBJV).

Personal
He is a professor of criminal law at the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) and a former professor at Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo (FGV/SP). He holds a BL and also an LLM and a JD in criminal law from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP), with doctoral scholarships at the Humboldt Universität in Berlin (Germany). He speaks Portuguese, English, German, French, Italian, and Spanish.
