Dave Darr

Dave Darr is a partner in Dechert’s global finance practice. Mr. Darr represents various financial institutions in their capacity as issuers, arrangers and investment managers in connection with various securitization and structured finance transactions. Mr. Darr’s practice is primarily focused on representing investment managers in connection with both broadly syndicated and private credit collateralized loan obligation transactions and other asset-backed financings. He routinely negotiates related warehouse financing arrangements and refinancing and “reset” transactions. Mr. Darr has been actively involved in setting up various CLO management platforms, including permanent capital solutions, US and EU risk retention compliant structures and regulatory compliance. He also advises managers and borrowers in connection with a variety of other financing and loan sourcing structures, including NAV facilities, asset-backed lending and private credit loan sourcing arrangements.
