Darren Spalding

Mr. Spalding is a corporate lawyer dedicated to the energy and natural resources sector. He advises clients on complex energy and resources transactions and projects, with a particular focus on cross-border matters, having worked on deals and projects in more than 40 jurisdictions. He has particular expertise in the oil and gas industry and, in addition to his recognition as a global leader in M&A, is regularly called upon to advise on, and negotiate, key project documents, including production sharing contracts, joint operating agreements, and sales and transportation arrangements. Mr. Spalding also has a wealth of experience in the structuring and development of energy and resources projects, including in relation to shareholder arrangements.
