Darrel is Head of the International Trade and Investment practice of Bennett Jones. He is globally recognised for his expertise in international trade/customs/investment law. Darrel represents Canadian and international clients on a comprehensive range of matters before domestic regulatory agencies, domestic and international tribunals, Panels, and the Courts, including two of only three international trade and customs cases heard by the Supreme Court of Canada. Complementing his international trade and investment practice, Darrel is a qualified arbitrator of international commercial and investment treaty disputes.
Admitted to Ontario Bar, 1982.
