Career
Daniela Rey is a partner of the Tax department and concentrates her practice on international taxation. She has over 15 years of practical experience in tax matters.
She assists Argentine and foreign business entities in cross-border transactions, investments of Argentine entities abroad as well as investments of foreign entities in Argentina, including all related reporting and compliance matters applicable to individuals and business entities. She regularly advises in complex corporate and financial structures, in addition to many other aspects related to international taxation.
Prior to joining the firm, Miss Rey was a member of the tax department of Negri & Teijeiro, mainly providing tax advice in transactional matters, with a special emphasis on international taxation.
Professional Memberships
Since 2017, Miss Rey leads the International Taxation Commission of the Unión Industrial Argentina. She currently also holds the position of Argentine National Reporter of the IBA’s Taxes Committee. She is a member of the Argentine Association of Fiscal Studies and of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.
