Mr. Rotman is the leader of the firm’s Litigation, International Arbitration & Bankruptcy department. In addition to his long career in Commercial Justice, he has participated in the most complex litigation cases faced by Bruchou & Funes de Rioja.

Since joining the Firm, Mr. Rotman has provided legal advice in numerous highly complex dispute resolutions (such as litigation, domestic and international arbitration, company law conflicts, bankruptcy proceedings). More specifically, he has specialized in disputes under different rules (ICC, Arbitration Court of the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange, among others). In addition, he was appointed as arbitrator by the ICC in extremely salient trials. Mr. Rotman is part of the list of arbitrators compiled by the Mercado Abierto Electrónico (MAE) and the Centro Empresarial de Mediación y Arbitraje (CEMA).
