Daniel Voicu is the Managing Partner and co-founder of Voicu & Asociatii, with extensive experience in advising Romanian and international clients on complex corporate and commercial matters, as well as dispute resolution projects. He has a broad practice covering mergers and acquisitions, real estate, construction, contracts and regulatory matters, acting for multinational companies and investors across a wide range of industries.

He combines strong transactional expertise with a strategic approach to contentious matters, frequently advising on disputes arising from commercial relationships, projects and regulatory frameworks.
