Work Highlights
• Advised Concesionaria Vial del Pacífico S.A.S in relation to the refinancing of the lines of credit granted by the Bank of Bogotá, the Bank of the West, the Bank Popular and Banco AV Villas for the construction and operation of the Highway Pacific in Medellín, Colombia.
• Advised Eco-Business, a fund specialized investment from Luxembourg with a strong ESG focus, in relation to several guaranteed lines of credit granted to favor of financial institutions in order to finance subloans to support the sustainable business activities of its clients, in the agriculture sectors, forestry, fishing and tourism.
• Advised the National Bank of Commerce Exterior, S.N.C. in relation to the refinancing of certain lines of guaranteed credit granted in favor of various hotel facility operators in the region.
• Advised Copa Airlines on financing, leasing and registration of your current fleet, including his latest financed aircraft under the Lease structure Japanese Operation with Purchase Option (JOLCO), a pioneering transaction in the market Panamanian and Latin American legal.
