Daniel Porter brings over 35 years of experience representing exporters and importers in trade cases, focusing on antidumping, countervailing duty and customs matters. He has advised clients from Canada, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Germany, Argentina, Colombia, China, Kazakhstan, Spain, Italy and Oman, covering a wide range of materials, such as steel, chemicals, aluminum, plastics, semiconductors, agricultural products and consumer goods. Daniel brings extensive experience practicing before the U.S. Commerce Department, International Trade Commission (ITC), USTR, and Customs, as well as in WTO proceedings.
