What the Team is Known For

Pillsbury has a strong presence in Asia with offices in Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Taipei and Tokyo, in addition to a DC-based practice recently strengthened by a number of prominent additions to the team. The team is regularly sought out for its advice on trade disputes and is equally capable in the provision of advice on export controls, sanctions and CFIUS issues. Its work spans a broad swathe of the region, with matters pertaining to Japan, Vietnam, South Korea and China.

  • Pillsbury acted for FUJIFILM in a US trade case initiated by Kodak

    against imports of aluminium lithographic plates from Japan and China.
