Daniel Lin is a co-managing partner of Sidley Austin Foreign Law Joint Enterprise and his practice focuses on energy, infrastructure and general corporate matters.

He regularly advises energy and resources companies, fund investors, trading companies, and general corporate on the development, acquisition, and disposal of energy and infrastructure-related projects. These include energy transition, “green” infrastructure, and renewable energy projects. Daniel also has extensive experience advising lenders on financing the development and acquisition of these projects. In addition, Daniel regularly advises on Japan cross border M&A matters.

Daniel speaks fluent Japanese and Chinese.
