He regularly advises energy investors, trading companies, funds, general corporate and financial institutions on the development, acquisition, and disposal of energy and infrastructure-related transactions, including renewable energy/infra projects. Daniel also has extensive experience advising commercial and governmental lenders on financing the development and acquisition of these projects. In addition, Daniel is active in advising on cross-border M&A transactions in a number of other sectors.
