Daniel is Co-Head of US Securities & Shareholder Litigation.

He focuses on representing financial institutions and corporations in complex securities class actions, M&A litigation and regulatory matters, as well as in commercial litigation involving financial products, derivatives and banking issues in federal and state courts.

Daniel has represented leading companies and/or their boards of directors, including Sea Ltd., Nokia, and Daimler, and he regularly provides securities and other litigation advice to a wide range of corporate clients.

Daniel also has represented every major investment bank in high-stakes securities and other litigation related to securities offerings and other corporate transactions involving companies such as Silicon Valley Bank, Arrival, SunEdison, MF Global, ARCP, Countrywide Financial, and Enron.
