Daniel specialises in mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, capital markets and corporate law. He has participated in acquisitions and sales of several industrial, commercial and service companies.

He has advised international investment funds in the acquisition of equity of Mexican companies.

Daniel also participates in structured financing transactions and in the issuance of securities in capital markets. He is constantly involved in securitizations of all types of assets, including mortgage loans and receivables.
