The firm has developed an important practice in the structured financing area. We work with bond issuers and financial intermediaries for the design and implementation of securitization or securitizing structures for several kinds of assets. We are recognized leaders in this area and have been involved in a large number of transactions in the securities market.

We serve as advisors for Mexican entities when issuing securities to the debt and equity markets in Mexico, as well as in public and private placements abroad. We are involved in obtaining the approvals from the National Banking and Securities Commission, including registration of securities in the National Securities Register and their listing in the corresponding securities exchange. We conduct due diligence, participate in the drafting of prospectuses, offering notices and other placement materials, negotiate placement agreements, trusts and other related documents and issue the required legal opinions.

Also, we serve as advisors on corporate governance and compliance with reporting obligations for several companies.
