Dan is a member of the firm’s Antitrust and Competition Law Practice Group. He focuses on antitrust trial and appellate litigation, monopolization cases, class actions, criminal/cartel and civil investigations, merger review, regulatory policy, and counseling.
Dan has litigated scores of antitrust cases of every type and has a strong focus on the tech sector, platform industries, media and content businesses, and antitrust matters involving intellectual property.
Co-Chair, IBA Antitrust Section(2020-2022); Co-Chair, ABA Antitrust Section’s International Committee (2002-06).
