Dani has helped real estate stakeholders navigate commercial real estate investments, including negotiating financing, acquisition and sales transactions, ground leasing, site development, project design and construction contracting and commercial leases involving a broad range of property types throughout the United States, such as office buildings, senior living facilities, multi-family housing, shopping and entertainment centers, resorts, stadiums and entertainment venues and other mixed-use properties throughout the United States. Dani has significant experience representing domestic and foreign financial institutions, including commercial banks, mortgage lenders, life insurance companies and real estate investment trusts (REITs), on a wide variety of loan transactions secured by commercial real estate, with particular experience in construction and term financings. In addition to conventional loans, she frequently represents agent banks in connection with syndicated credit facilities. She also represents lenders in relation to the enforcement of loan obligations, workouts and foreclosures.
