Dana Carson

Dana Carson is an experienced litigator who represents individual and corporate clients in complex commercial and securities litigation matters. Her practice includes regulatory investigations and proceedings, shareholder and oppression disputes, D&O liability matters, investment loss claims, M&A litigation, professional negligence claims, fraud actions and employment disputes.

Dana litigates civil and regulatory matters before the courts, arbitrators, provincial securities regulators and the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization. Dana’s practice also includes internal investigations into a variety of matters for corporations and their boards of directors and special committees, including securities law issues, trading and compliance issues, whistleblower complaints and workplace allegations.
