Dana Carson

Dana represents individual and corporate clients on a broad range of complex commercial and securities litigation matters. She has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, and represents clients in investigations and proceedings before the Ontario Securities Commission, the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization and the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario.

Dana’s practice includes regulatory investigations and proceedings, investment loss claims, directors’ and officers’ liability matters, shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims, fraud actions and employment disputes. Additionally, Dana has experience acting for clients in internal investigations into a variety of matters. Prior to joining Crawley MacKewn Brush LLP, Dana was a litigator at a leading global law firm in Toronto.

In addition to her litigation practice, Dana is the firm’s Director of Student Programs.
