Dan Moalem is chairman of the Firm. He also serves as independent director in very limited number of family owned businesses.
Dan Moalem was one of the initiators in establishing the Danish Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (DVCA) in March 2000. He serves as advisory board member of the Copenhagen Centre for Commercial Law (CCCL), University of Copenhagen.
Dan Moalem has been attached to the University of Copenhagen as an external lecturer in the subject Capital Markets law.
