Furthermore, we have developed a comprehensive cooperation with other Danish and foreign advisers, including investment banks, auditors as well as environment and insurance advisors. We work in close cooperation with the leading M&A lawyers in other countries. We are also increasingly providing assistance to our clients in the planning and managing of acquisitions and sales of companies outside Denmark with the assistance of local law firms. 

Recently, Moalem Weitemeyer Bendtsen has represented INEOS Upstream Limited in the acquisition of DONG E&P and respresented GN in connection with the sale of GN Otometrics to Natus Medical Inc.
