Damien C. Specht is a partner in the firm’s Government Contracts & Public Procurement practice. In addition to his work on more than 60 completed government contracts mergers and acquisitions, he has experience in a wide variety of government contracts matters, including contract counseling, negotiation of subcontracts and teaming agreements, contract disputes, size protests, and both pre- and post-award bid protests. He is a frequent speaker, having testified about procurement issues before the United States House of Representatives and addressed issues ranging from government contracts M&A to small business set asides and bankruptcy considerations before industry leaders.
