Career

Since 1995 Cindy has counseled clients regarding trademark and domain name protection, enforcement and expansion, for the U.S. and abroad. She also focuses on helping clients get an IP portfolio ready for sale and helping buyers make sure the IP they acquire meets expectations. Her prior corporate and M&A experience helps her provide a “big picture” approach to clients facing IP challenges, such as dealing with patent trolls, resolving IP disputes, or addressing problems found following IP due diligence when buying or selling.

Cindy also frequently assists clients in their negotiation for IT products and services and helps them minimize risk and increase leverage in their relationships with providers.
