Cuiping Zhang is a partner at Nishimura & Asahi and a core member of the firm’s China Practice. She is recognised for advising on complex China–Japan cross‑border matters, with particular strength in mergers and acquisitions and TMT‑related transactions, as well as foreign direct investment, joint ventures, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
