Cristina provides general and contractual advice and handles complex IPTech litigation before civil, commercial and EU courts. In the last several years, she has handled significant contentious cases involving pressing issues for clients in the textile, luxury and consumer goods, food and beverages, pharma, internet, technology and electronics sectors, among others.

Personal

Cristina Duch is a partner in the IPTech Practice Group in Barcelona and leader of the EMEA Brand Enforcement & Disputes Practice Group of the Firm. She has significant experience in a wide range of intellectual property matters, with particular emphasis on trademark, design, patent, trade secret, copyright, unfair competition and advertisement advisory and litigation. She litigates in front of the national and EU Courts and institutions. Cristina is a member of the Spanish Institute of Chartered Industrial Property Agents. She teaches Masters of Law's students at the ISDE institute and at the Barcelona Bar Association.
