Career

Over 20 years of experience leading complex energy transactions for multinational, national, and energy infrastructure companies, as well as trading houses, independent E&P and privately held entities. These transactions cover M&A and A&D involving energy assets located onshore and offshore United States as well as Canada and other international jurisdictions. These transactions also include joint ventures and other commercial arrangements involving large-scale infrastructure projects covering mineral development and operations, midstream and LNG.
