Craig Downhill

Craig is a member of our property dispute resolution team. He has practised exclusively in the field of property disputes for many years where he acts for a wide range of clients, including institutional investors, developers, retailers, local authorities, education institutions and insolvency practitioners. He works closely with members of our property, planning, and insolvency teams and advises and represents our clients across a broad spectrum of contentious property matters.

Specific experience in retail filling station work and for other convenience/small site retailers includes by way of example acting for Shell, Motor Fuel Group, Booker Group (Budgens, Londis), One Stop, and co-operatives such as the Central England Co-operative.
