Mr Ponari practises in the field of employment, trade union and social security law.

He has developed his professional experience advising and providing legal assistance to leading Italian and foreign multinational companies, operating in the textile, fashion, beauty, rubber and plastic, trade, and credit industries. He assists companies, including foreign companies of Italian multinationals all over the world, in major corporate restructuring and reorganisation operations, mergers, transfers of companies or branches, as well as in the management of labour relations. He assists top management.

He has also acted as co-counsellor for employment matters and access to social security benefits in numerous bankruptcy proceedings at the Court of Napoli and L'Aquila.
