Mr. Salvatore Trifirò’s professional story begins with his entry into the law firm of Professor Cesare Grassetti, who was one of the greatest civil lawyers of the 90’s, Chair Professor of Civil Law, Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Milan, former Professor of Labour Law at the University of Cagliari and Catania.
He began to work on all the major disputes that were debated then in Italy on civil law concerning inheritance and marriage, company law, commercial law and employment law.
In 1973 came into force labour legislation which required oral proceedings and, therefore, the presence at the Court, which was challenging also for the fiery atmosphere of those years.
Mr. Trifirò has been among the key characters of all the biggest disputes, which have formed the principles of law that constitute the pillars of living labor law.
To provide continuity and solidity to the firm, Mr. Trifirò wanted to found a professional association with lawyers Paola Siniramed Trifirò, Stefano Beretta, Giacinto Favalli and Stefano Trifirò. In 1986, the firm Trifirò & Partners was established.
In 2006, Mr. Trifirò received the gold medal by the Milan Bar Association for his 50 years in the profession.
