Claudia Suter

Practice Areas

Claudia Suter heads Homburger's private clients team and is a partner in Homburger's tax team. She advises private clients, family offices and entrepreneurs in connection with succession and estate planning, in particular in the areas of tax, inheritance and family law, as well as migration law. She further advises foundations an all tax issues that arise.

Career

Graduated Dr iur (2010) from University of Saint Gall. Certified Tax Expert in 2012. Partner of Homburger 2018.

Professional Memberships

In 2022, Claudia was admitted into the exclusive International Academy of Trust and Estate Law (TIAETL). Until September 2022, Claudia was the global chair of the Young International Fiscal Association Network.
