Claudia María joined Dávalos Abogados in February 2024. She has been practicing law since 2014 at Bufete de Servicios Especializados (BES) in Havana, Cuba, a leading local law firm in assisting and representing foreign commercial companies carrying out commercial and investment activities in Cuba. He has extensive experience in advising and representing joint ventures and wholly foreign-owned companies, including those based in the Mariel Special Development Zone, as well as private Cuban micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). His experience includes advice and representation in negotiations, as well as in claims and proceedings before ordinary arbitration courts and ; the processing of files for the registration of branches in the National Register of Foreign Commercial Representations attached to the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Cuba; advice on the drafting and execution of international contracts, as well as the corresponding processing and legalisation of the necessary documentation for the purposes of the legal business in question.

• Member of the Legal Literacy and Legal Advice Clinic on new economic actors. Sponsored by the ONBC and the Faculty of Law of the UH.

• General Coordinator of the Young Arbitrators Forum (YAF-Cuba), which disseminates alternative means of conflict resolution and its practice.
