Clare is hands-on, quickly getting to core of issues. She cuts through noise and gets to the point. She's very sensible in her advice. She deals a lot with areas of law where there is an interlacing of criminal, civil and regulatory law. That's a major feature of her work since joining Fountain Court. She is my go-to silk for anything difficult. She represents a lot of high net worth individuals: they're often complex characters, and she is able to present difficult advice to them in a direct but confident way, providing clients a means by which to take it on board.
