Chrysostomos Nicolaou is the Partner, Head of Litigation of the firm. He has a Law Degree (University of Athens, 1992) and was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 1993. Chrysostomos has extensive experience in handling a wide-range of claims and disputes in respect of commercial, civil and criminal litigation, nationally and internationally, as well as administrative recourses to the Supreme Court of Cyprus. He handles cases and insolvency procedures of key companies involved in major industries. He represents shareholders in internal company disputes and he has issued numerous local and worldwide interlocutory injunctions such as freezing orders, antisuit injunctions, injunctions for the appointment of receivers etc. Chrysostomos is a qualified mediator, listed in the Cyprus Bar Association’s Register of Civil & Commercial Accredited Mediators.
