■ Handling more than 60 cross-border cases, with an aggregate amount in excess of USD 3 billion, of one of the leading banks in Russia, involving the registration, recognition and enforcement of Russian judgements and arbitral awards
■ Providing legal advice to a multinational telecommunications group in relation to the enforcement of foreign judgements for USD 4 billion by promoting a civil claim of fraud against the judgement debtors
■ Advising the London office of the largest litigation and arbitration law firm in the world in arbitration proceedings before the LCIA in relation to a claim worth USD 200 million
■ Representing the client in a civil case filed against him and other entities before the Dubai International Financial Centre (value USD 35 million)

International Tax Planning:
