Christopher is in Perkins Coie's Environment, Energy and Resources practice. He focuses on complex RCRA, Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act (including stormwater) permitting; cleanup and evaluation of contaminated properties under CERCLA and state Superfund laws; facilitating purchase and sale of contaminated properties (including merger and acquisition due diligence) and providing strategic counseling and negotiating on all levels of local, state and federal governmental enforcement and compliance actions. He is a former Oregon Department of Environmental Quality enforcement officer; is active on numerous state environmental business, policy and advisory committees; and lectures on a variety of environmental topics.
