He also advised on hotel projects (acquisitions, disposals, developments, hotel management agreements) and forward leases (e.g. industrial lease for around 120,000 sq.m., shopping centre anchor, office building in Paris CBD, self-storage asset).

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2002, Christopher has been a Solicitor since 2000. He holds an LL.B. in English and French law from King's College, London and a master's degree in private law from Paris 1 (Panthéon-Sorbonne).
