Christopher M. Samis

Chris Samis focuses his practice on corporate bankruptcy, business restructuring and other insolvency-related matters. He routinely represents debtors, official committees, individual creditors and other parties-in-interest in chapter 11 and chapter 7 bankruptcy cases before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Chris’s bankruptcy and restructuring representations span a wide variety of industries including the retail, manufacturing, restaurant, telecommunications, publishing, pharmaceutical, biotech, energy, finance, entertainment, transportation, real estate and construction industries. Chris also represents assignees for the benefit of creditors in the Chancery Court of Delaware.
