He routinely represents debtors, official committees, individual creditors and other parties-in-interest in chapter 11 and chapter 7 bankruptcy cases before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Chris’s bankruptcy and restructuring representations span a wide variety of industries including the retail, manufacturing, restaurant, telecommunications, publishing, pharmaceutical, biotech, energy, finance, entertainment, transportation, real estate and construction industries.
