Chris’s bankruptcy and restructuring representations span a wide variety of industries including the retail, manufacturing, restaurant, telecommunications, publishing, pharmaceutical, biotech, energy, finance, entertainment, transportation, real estate and construction industries. Chris also represents assignees for the benefit of creditors in the Chancery Court of Delaware.
