Christian Kuß advises national and international clients on legal issues pertaining to digitalisation and information technology (IT) as well as copyright and data protection law. He specialises in advising clients on questions of law in connection with new technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data or the metaverse. His legal practice is further concentrated on drafting and negotiating IT contracts, dealing with licensing issues and handling (litigious) disputes in the context of IT projects. Christian Kuß further advises on data protection law and the data economy. In addition to dealing with questions regarding the legally secure use of data, his services also include verifying compliance with data protection law and advising on how to set up data protection compliance systems.
