Chinyere is a Partner in the IP Practice of the firm, and has over 30 years practical experience, covering all aspects of IP, particularly the prosecution of Trademarks, Patents & Designs; Commercial IP advice & general Portfolio Management, IP Enforcement & Brand Protection, Infringement & Anti-Counterfeiting, Copyright, Media & Entertainment Law. She manages the portfolio of various blue-chip companies, both locally & internationally. In recent years, her practice interests have extended to FDI, particularly in the Health & Pharmaceutical industry.
